• Maximum of two authors per paper.
• Duration of paper presentation is only 10 minutes.
• The paper should be neatly typed / printed in 1.5 spacing, 12 font size, Times New Roman font, single side on A4 size paper and should not exceed 10 papers including figures.
• Authors must send one hard copy and one soft copy along with registration forms duly certified by the Head of the Dept./Institution.
• Registration fee of Rs.250 Should be paid on the day of contest.
• Decision of the evaluation committee will be final.
• Authors must give their full address, E-mail ID & Contact numbers along with the paper.
• Decision regarding selection of paper will be conveyed by E-mail and through the event website.

• Transportation will be made available from Mahabubnagar RTC Bus station and Railway station at 8 a.m. to the venue.
• OHP / PC / LCD Projector along with multimedia.
• Working Lunch, Tea & Snacks will be provided.
• Free separate Hostel accommodation for Boys & Girls on a advance request before one day of the symposium.
